After turning on, the default mode is RED LED Light (RL). Change the Light mode by pressing the Mode Button. The Mode will be indicated on the Mode Display.4. Adjust the time – 5 min or 10 min – by pressing the Power/ Time Button. The time will be indicated on the Time Display and can be adjusted under each light mode.5. The mask will automatically turn off after the time set.6. After use, wipe the silicone part of the mask with a soft damp towel, let it dry, and store it.7. If the Mode Display flashes, the battery is low. Recharge the mask as soon as possible.8. In order to see results, it is recommended to use 3-5 times a week, 4 consecutive weeks.
