4 Pack – Almay Liquid Eyeliner, Black [221] 0.1 oz

I haven’t used this liner in a few years because it didn’t seem the same. I thought it was just me but after reading these reviews I know I was right Almay did change the formula. What I don’t understand all these folks are complaining wanting the old formula back but ALMAY isn’t listening to Us. Obviously we know what we are talking about so why won’t Almay listen and bring it back. Most stores have even stopped selling it. Just like the saying goes “the customer is always right” so do yourself a favor and listen to your fans and customers. Bring OLD Formula back!!
